For every new client, we identify their CRM goals, and since we create our own software, we tailor the solution with the necessary features to operate their business and handle their customers, all at a fraction of the cost of a CRM with additional add-ons. The foundation of our core system is designed to be flexible and can be customised to meet our client's needs.

About Us

YapCRM is a SAAS (Software as a Service) solution. It is designed and developed in the UK. Our aim is to let you access and manipulate your data the way you want, on the device you want, and most importantly, in a secure manner.

We aim to make it as simple to use as possible, if an employee can use Facebook they can use Yap; the principles are the same. Having all your data in a simple to use cloud based system, can reduce your costs, reduce IT overheads and most importantly you can securely access it from any location.

The system is based around 4 core modules, we can then add existing, remove or develop additional modules depending on the client's needs. Over 70% of our clients have bespoke modules developed. We build a system to fit your needs, you do not need to fit our system.

Contact Management

Contacts are the heart of any CRM system and YapCRM is no exception.

Then our Core system will get you up and running quickly and easily. Want to do more with your customers and bring your business online, our Unlimited option gives you all of our modules, and can be on as many CRMs in different locations that you might need.

  • £325 per quarter for 1 development or on-site training day retainer, non-refundable (does not expire if unused)
